They are very easy to communicate with and do their best to accommodate your needs for sample/production.
I was very excited for this sample but upon receipt my expectations fell short. The 18mm silk quality felt a little dull and the custom ordered box was crushed. The black border trim on the box was completely off. The sample price is also on the high side for the quality and lengthy production time.
